SmartFarming has joined the Globaliser programme of DutchBasecamp and the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality. This 12 week programme to build a solid internationalisation strategy for our new SmartCane product.
During the programme, we will work in five sprints focussing on the specific steps of the internationalisation process from identifying market opportunities to building a go-to-market strategy.
During the first session, we started working with the Market Opportunity tool developed by Dutchbasecamp. This easy-to-tool helps us map out the opportunities for our product in various regions and countries.
